“We recently made the decision to move from a traditional water tank system to a combi boiler, which is a massive investment and not a decision you take lightly. It’s a lot of money and you really need to feel confident that you’re choosing the right person for the job. From the minute The Gas Wizard Heating owner Rob walked through the door, I felt completely reassured. He was knowledgeable, honest and straightforward from the start, and his pricing was fair and transparent with no pressure or hidden surprises. I actually had to leave him with keys while I was away with work for a couple of days, which says a lot about the trust and confidence he gave me. The work itself was carried out exactly as discussed — clean, tidy and to a really high standard. When I returned home, I had a separate issue arise afterwards which wasn’t caused by Rob or his work at all, but despite that he came straight back out to help me resolve it anyway, which I thought was brilliant customer service and showed real professionalism. I honestly couldn’t recommend Rob highly enough. Reliable, trustworthy, fairly priced and clearly takes pride in doing a proper job.”

“Rob and his son have saved our bacon on many occasions. My wife and i have been messed around by dozens of local gas men, plumbers and so-called 'handymen' in the past. Gas Wizard is the only tradesman to genuinely FIX a problem we've had, he's given us the correct advise, cheapest quotes, always on time and stayed till the job was done. No fob-offs, or excuses. Every cost was itemized and we could see exactly what we were paying for. Gas Wizard is VERY honest and hard-working. He's fixed problems and damage other local tradesman have been responsible for. If it weren't for him, our house would be in ruins. We were so impressed, we've already recommended to friends and family. A tradesman like Gas Wizard is very rare.”

“Gas Wizard installed a new platinum combi boiler in my loft, and at the same time replaced a radiator with a larger one, he also removed my old back boiler from my sitting room, this included disconnecting old pipe work then re-rooting the gas pipe etc up into the loft space, he was meticulous in his work ensuring everything neat, tidy and was fitted to the correct standards required as well as to my satisfaction. Gas Wizard kept me informed of what he was doing and why? during the whole process. Once all work was completed he went through the working process of the new boiler to ensure I would know how to use it efficiently, as I had not used a combi boiler before. He has also called back whilst passing to ensure we have had no issues with the new system, both my wife and I would highly recommend Gas Wizard to our friends and family, thank you Robert for a job well done.”
