The work itself was carried out exactly as discussed — clean, tidy and to a really high standard. When I returned home, I had a separate issue arise afterwards which wasn’t caused by Rob or his work at all, but despite that he came straight back out to help me resolve it anyway, which I thought was brilliant customer service and showed real professionalism.
